When do you start clearing?
Your winter plan sets the trigger, for example a set depth of snow or any ice forecast. Crews go out once that trigger is met.
Do you take one-off snow calls?
When there's room in the schedule, yes. Customers with a winter plan are always served first.
What de-icing product do you use?
We'll tell you what we plan to use when we quote, and can use a gentler product near plants and concrete if you ask.
