Most customers book us weekly or every second week from spring through fall. The same crew comes each visit, so they know where the sprinkler heads are and which beds you want left alone.

Seasonal clean-ups
A spring clean-up clears winter debris, cuts back perennials and gets beds ready for the season. A fall clean-up removes leaves and prepares the property for winter. Both can be booked on their own if you don't need regular maintenance.
For stratas and commercial sites
We write the scope of work with your property manager, schedule visits around residents or business hours, and keep the same crew on the site all season.
Common questions
Do I need to sign a contract for the whole season?
Seasonal agreements are available, but you can also book individual visits or a one-off clean-up.
Do I need to be home when you come?
No. As long as we can reach the yard, we can do the work. We'll send a reminder with the day and time window beforehand.
What happens if it rains on my service day?
Light rain doesn't stop us. If the lawn is too wet to cut without damage, we move your visit and let you know the new day.
